I shopped at Wal-Mart on my lunch hour for the kitties today, Laura, and I'll be stopping at PetCo on my way home from work (where hopefully I can bat my eyes at the store manager and maybe get a better price on a few things??!!)
It's a good thing David and I were planning to bring a 3rd suitcase anyway, cuz it looks like we'll probably definitely need it now!  I'm sooooo looking forward to seeing you again and meeting some of the kitties! >^..^< |

It has been a very successful day I managed to order coco`s cat rescue t-shirts and they gave me a BIG discount when I explained we are a non profit charity!!! The t-shirts will be ready next week!!!

I really don't know how you get all this done Laura!! You are an energizer bunny, for real!!!! Photos of my cat colony will be posted tomorrow....charging the battery as I write. They will feature Juan Carlo, the sweet 9 month old boy who has been nuetered, yet is such a little pig he keeps getting in the trap...six times now! Mama, my first stray that took loving care of her four kittens & 3 kittens that were not even hers (Laura rehomed all seven!), Rocket, the fastest cat I've ever known, dignified Mr. Cat (yeah, I know real creative....I could have just named him Cat, huh!!), & Blue Boy, with his gorgeous gray/blue coat. Gracie & Sox, I fear, have gone off to die in the jungle. Sox was not well when I arrived in January. Gracie was hugely pregnant & I haven't seen her since March 5th?? I hope she & her babies are OK. Anyone else with photos of your sweet cats, feel free to post & tell their stories here! Maureen |
