any GOOD personal trainers?
i was a personal trainer in the u.s. ever since i had my daughter, i can't get myself motivated here and would like a GOOD personal trainer. one that has had good personal training background, and has a new and innovative workout for me every time so i don't get bored. i used to go to the gym here in playa, and wasn't impressed by what i saw. i am curious if anyone has any good experience with trainers here. maybe at evolve- which i have been thinking about joining- or anything else. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to save some bucks, maybe pick up the Body For Life diet/exercise book. I am doing that right now and it is awesome and fairly structured to help you stay motivated. Gives a lot of direction on workouts and diet.
Good luck whatever you choose! JG |

ok, thanks penalipee- i will try that. and january guy- i am a personal trainer myself and also certified in nutrition so i know what to do and what to eat- but i am just in a post-baby rut and need somebody to be accountable to and to kick my butt into motion! none of my friends here are into working out, and neither is my husband and i just need some personal motivation. but thanks for the advice- i have heard it's a good book!
