any GOOD personal trainers?

i was a personal trainer in the u.s. ever since i had my daughter, i can't get myself motivated here and would like a GOOD personal trainer. one that has had good personal training background, and has a new and innovative workout for me every time so i don't get bored. i used to go to the gym here in playa, and wasn't impressed by what i saw. i am curious if anyone has any good experience with trainers here. maybe at evolve- which i have been thinking about joining- or anything else. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I know laura's husband is a personal trainer (laura from coco's cat rescue), maybe you can ask her? I'm afraid I have never set foot in a gym, so no idea.

Yuppers. Carlos, Laura's husband, is a personal trainer. David and I met him briefly when we visited their place to see the kittens, and he seems like a really nice guy - and he's in awesome shape, so he must practice what he teaches/preaches!

Kat Carroll is also amazing. I don't know if she is on this board tho. Just Pm Rob Kinnon, he is working out with her and doing an amazing job at getting into shape.

If you want to save some bucks, maybe pick up the Body For Life diet/exercise book. I am doing that right now and it is awesome and fairly structured to help you stay motivated. Gives a lot of direction on workouts and diet.

Good luck whatever you choose!
