ASP - activities?

My husband and I are off to ASP in 10 days (and counting!) and I have a couple of questions for anyone who's been:
1. Golf - is it a problem getting tee times once you're there? We booked the golf-inclusive package.
2. Fitness facilities - do the spinning bikes have clips? Just wondering if I should pack my spinning shoes... And are there good classes? Step, aerobic, other?

Golf tee times are easy to get once you get there. I think you can also set up tee times through email at teetimes@palaceresorts.com.

I had the guest services people do it and had no problem. Have fun!

Don't know about Fitness...sorry.
