Real Estate online

The Real Estate online is spotty at best. And with no bearing on where something is or how good the area is I am a little handicapped.

So Cruz, are you just winging it and moving on this trip, or are you going on a pre-move trip to get things situated, and then doing a full-blown move later when everything is taken care of? I would recommend a little more planning than just winging it.

I'm a winger

But will not move everything s I get acclimated. I want to get a semi-permenant residence and then look around for something permenant.

Not sure that answers your question or not. I am not a big planner. Never have been and things have worked out so far. I am at a point where I can effectively live anywhere.

Well, it sounds like it's been working for you so far, so don't stop doing what you're doing!

Here's a couple of projects we've done. Most of the furniture is made by us, many decorations are sourced away from Playa as the choice here is limited.

Budgets do vary by client, property size, and preferred style. We cater for the mid and above market for the full furnishing service. We also provide individual items too: sofa, dining set, beds, blinds, etc.

I'll PM you with my email for more details etc

Very nice. I am very minimalistic. Prefer modern more than anything else. Would love to see the stuff. The budget would depend on the size of the place I settle on.

Thanks all for the comments

We work with all sort of styles, for example: minimalist, colonial hispanic/caribbean, Bali, sea/jungle theme, and contemporary with regional touches.

No requests yet for egyptian, sci-fi or medieval...

It's muchas gracias.

Good luck with your move! I'm sure a lot of people will want to help you out - keeping a low profile is smart in these times.

After I hit the $200 Million Powerball this week, you can do my new PDC Casa in an Eqyptian/Mayan fusion theme.
