Hello!!! Good morning!!!

For all you meat lovers, Friday 11th ( today) and Saturday 12th
( mañana), as special there will be " abbacchio al forno con patate "- oven cooked lamb with potatoes...

I just arrived back from Playa del Carmen today (since the 7th of Sept) and I stayed at the Hotel Posada Mariposa near 26th street.

I regret that I did not try the pizza from "thats Amore" although I passed the place on numerous occasions. Problem was that there was a Renzo's pizza right across from our Hotel and it was delicious.

Whenever I passed thats Amore I was either too full to eat or in a rush to get back to my Hotel. And when I was hungry really late at night it was VERY convenient to run across the street and grab a couple slices of yummy pizza.

Next trip I will make a greater effort to visit "thats amore".

Food is still good but check your bill at That's Amore. Last night they served me a hand-made check with tip included in the total (not as a separate line item) and a mark saying "+ propina".

This is intended to mean "don't forget to leave tip" but it was already in the total. I hate it when they try to confuse me like that. If they don't respect their clients with the check it makes me wonder what they do in the kitchen..
