Hey, I don't write this stuff, or research it, I just repeat it. Besides, maybe it includes the whole world in the sample, not just the USA. Them Pekinese can be pretty vicious, y'know, to say nothing of those German Shepherds, Scottish Terriers, Irish Wolfhounds, Australian Heelers, English Sheepdogs, South African Ridgebacks, French Poodles, and Great Danes.
