What is the dress code at rcb? Do the men have to wear anything special? What about the women?

In the 2 specialty resteraunts men have to wear closed toe shoes and pants and the women can wear sun dresses and sandels. In the buffet it is much more casual.

I guess they find Canadian toes unappetizing. It does say in the hotel room documentation closed toe shoes.
