Long Weekend Party Thread: Oregon Country Fair

BonnyW has arrived. She and Kathy are drinking wine on the deck. I have the lemons, the lines, the tequila and the orange liquer out and they are drinking wine on the deck.

I think I need to assert myself gently.

Maybe I will squeeze some juice and announce its availability.

Just saw a terrible commercial, although it made me laugh, it shouldn't have, but it did.

Wish I'd be there with you. Am in Paris instead but going home tonight.

Next week it'll be Zurich for 2 days and I hope to be able to visit my friend who's had the stroke but I assume he doesn't wanna see anyone yet.

This weekend we'll have big fireworks in Cologne along the river. I'll be on a boat with friends and as we had a blast last year I guess we'll have one this year as well.

HAVE FUN!!!!

I am on my way home and thinking about going to Paris on a saturday next time I have to go since I wanna visit Versailles, home of the 'sun-king' Ludwig. It's a beautiful castle and I've been there once when I was 16 years old. Wanted to return one day ever since.

Can't do that in one day with travelling to Paris.
