Looks like a great time. We loved our cenote dive. Next year we will do the whale sharks.

All that is required for Bonne Terre is Open Water certification. It is well run and each group of divers is led by a DM and followed by a safety diver. The dives are progressively more complex and must be done in order so that on a first visit you would not be in any overhead environments and would be in the portion of the mine that they have lit. The Cenotes are more interesting by far but the mine is still pretty neat. I'll have to look into that book.
