There seems to be a coomon thread running through the threads.
It involves references to, comments about and accolades concerning alcohol of the non-medicinal type. It, therefore, seems that a discussion concerning personal preferences and reasons therefore might make for a some interesting reading.

as the batter is prepared.
As a hot-air guy (as in a balloonists--before Bump or TX says something derogatory), champagne is a must do following each flight. Seaview Brut (Australian) and Tott's (USA) are my favorites because of costs and flavor. Of course, after the first few bottles
