Oct 23rd, Chichen Itza tour: sign up

I have my mom and aunt signed up for the Chichen Itza/Vallodoid tour on Oct 23rd. They are the only 2 people so far, and they need 8 people to do the tour. If interested please sign up so they don't cancel it. Its a surprise trip for my mom's 6oth, she has never been to Mexico

Sorry I can't help you, but how did you know that they were the only 2? Did they contact you to tell you? The reason I ask is we are signed up for Tulum and Beyond on 9/26, but have not heard anything one way or another if it is still on. I assume we would be contacted if there are not enough people.

I hope more people join the tour so they don't have to cancel.

They contacted me and told me that they were the only 2 so far. I put my 20% deposit on it with paypal. They said they would confirm the week before we leave.

Hola, where did you book this tour?? It's not usual that the chichen itza tour can be cancel when it is s very popular tour and can be book any time even when you are here with no problems at all.
Can you get your money back or there is a penalty??
I live in playa and is seams not right what they have told you.

The tour was booked on this website, they are small and personal tours. We have had them before and would rather go with a small group.

I booked the same tour for my mum and me last September - they ran it even though only 2 others were booked on. The 4 of us had a fabulous day and my mum still raves about it. Fingers crossed for you that it runs.

I hope it runs too, I don't want to use a big tour group/bus to go. Where are you staying, I see we are there the same time.

My last visit was September 08. This year my husband and I decided to try somewhere new and went to Cuba in June. It was fab but I found it quite hard to get my head round the fact that I wouldn't be going to Mexico. Then a few weeks ago my friend asked if I would consider taking a trip to Playa with her. That was such a hard question ..........

....... I jumped at the chance!!
So we fly on the 18th Oct for 2 lovely weeks. Where are you staying?

of course there is a full refund of the deposit if we have to cancel the tour. additionally, if a client cancels within 24 hours of the tour there is also a refund. we have a minimum booking requirement of 6 people to go to chichen itza. we do everything we can not to cancel any tour, but sometimes it cant be helped.

We're staying next door at the Iberostar Quetzel. I've stayed last year at the Sandos and loved it just as much as the Quetzel.
