Definitely go to Fanueil Hall. Make sure you get a "lobsta" salad sandwich, there is no better food in this world. I could spend the entire day here.
Have dinner at Legal Seafood.
Go to the Red Light District. Well, maybe not without a bodyguard.
Look for bodyguard at Fanueil Hall.
Go to the top of the "Pru" (the Prudential Building) and take a look around. You used to be able to have drinks and dinner up there. Not sure if it's still open.
Use the "T". That's the name for the subways in
Bassston. There are "T" stops on just about every corner.
Take a walk up and down Newbury Street. It's 1 street in from the Pru Building, which is on Boylston St. Lots of wonderful shops to spend your money in.

Also lots of nifty little bars to have a drinkie in.
One more street in from Newbury is Commonwealth Ave (this was my street), home of the Boston Common. Hit the park, ride in the swan boats. Great place to people watch. But pay attention....I was people watching but not paying attention to the people and got my nose broken by an off course frisbee thrown by a very large Jamaican man with dreadlocks. I told him everything was "OK mon" (but it wasn't really). :o
Come back and tell us all about it.
