Memphis is bad at rush hour, decent all other times of the day. My 17.4 mile commute (mostly interstate) takes me 35 minutes on a good day 1 hour on a bad (happens at least once a week).
I have yet to encounter anywhere as bad as driving through Atlanta. 1 hour 40 minutes to go 22 miles on the interstate loop. I think they should nuke it and start over.
