I work 3 miles from home so don't deal with it but the traffic in Chicago is the worst.
I like how no matter what the weather is, it is cause for the bad traffic. Rain, snow and now the sun. Traffic reporters here are now blaming "the bright sun" for slowing people down and causing traffic delays.
What next, dry pavement delays?
