No full extension drawers. The tall one is a pantry. The mistake that was made with this pantry is it is so big and so deep, it is hard to see what is in the back. I would recommend lighting inside of a pantry. I have those battery operated lights in there that people use in their closets. The wormy chestnut came out of an old barn in Virginia in 1986 as well as the hart pine flooring. They are beautiful cabinets. You will never find wormy chestnut in HD or any place like that. You would have to ask a woodworker to get some for you and even that may take a long time, if he could get it. I wasn't with my BF at the time this kitchen was done, so it's not perfect, by any means. I would like to have interior lighting in the pantry, adjustable shelving, under cabinet lighting, deep drawers for baking sheets, and pull out garbage cans. Another thing I'd like is two doors that have glass to show off fancy dishes.
We have full extension drawers in the kitchen in the house we are selling, but no pantry in that kitchen, it's too small for one.
There are so many things to consider when ordering cabinets. Maybe someday I'll get the kitchen of my dreams. Get yours while you can
