Secrets in January

Anyone heading to Secrets on Jan 10-16? Mid forties couple from Georgia, love to travel, but this will be our first time at Secrets. Looking forward to a little sun and relaxation- see you there! :wink:

we are a 50 yearm old couple from oklahoma going january 25th to secrets. i know you will have a great time. we spent a week at secrets in punta can last july and had a wonderful time. can't wait to try mexico.

We'll be there Jan 6-13 so may see you! We are a group of maybe 20 -- of all ages ... 28-55 years old ... from Michigan. Can't wait ... only 11 more days of cold weather and then bring on the cerveza and the sun! Hope to see you there!

hanks, I’m sure we will. We have been pretty faithful Sandals regulars and still go in the summer, but try to explore other sites in the winter. Guess we will just miss you down there this year.

Twenty couples, wow, guess we won’t be able to miss you. It’s cold down here in Georgia too- about 50 degrees.

By the way, last January when we got to Cancun (Adventura Spa Palace) is was cold for a couple days and we weren’t very prepared.

Hey Happytoo ...

We'll be a group of 20 people TOTAL -- not 20 couples. Whoo-wee ... that would be a boatload of friends to keep track of! Will still be fun though! You are obviously January travellers too! We were down there last January too -- Riu Palace -- from 1/9-1/16. I don't remember it being too cold while we were there. Of course, being from Michigan makes 60 feel like a heatwave! Whatever it is, I'll take it! "Actual" name is Debbie and I'm 31 ... hope to run into my new friends from Georgia! Only 8 days and counting ... :lol:

You won’t miss us, we’ll be the couple at the swim up bar (do they have one of those?). We travel once in January as our Christmas present to each other and once in June as our anniversary present. Counting the days as well- one more workday down! BTW my brother lives in Michigan (Marshall), but I have never visited him up there. Way too cold for us.

Yes, I do believe they have a swim-up bar and I do believe I've broken in my share of swim-up bars so you may see me there too! I have a black tankini (looks like a 1 piece but it's a 2 piece) and sandy-blond hair so keep an eye out for me ... I'll probably be burnt to a crisp too as we arrive on the 6th! Happy New Year! Hope to see you in 11 days or so (but who's counting, right?!).

You’ll find us, we’ll be the couple at the bar beginning about 10am! I have shoulder length blond hair and a black one piece that looks like a one piece. :lol: We don’t arrive until the 10th though., so you’ll have to start relaxing without us (but we’ll catch up).
