Transfers to Secrets Capri?

Could someone please tell me whether Secrets Capri provides airport transfers if you have booked directly through the hotel (as opposed to through Apple Vacations or other tour operator). I have a fax confirmation for my room reservation from the hotel but they have not responded to my two faxes asking about how one gets to the hotel from Cancun airport. Does anyone have any advice? Leaving January 3, and can't wait.

We are in the same boat (or is it van, bus or taxi?). We haven't had any luck in figuring out how to transfer from the airport to the hotel. Had a issue last year going to ASP and we don't want to begin our vacation trying to hunt down transportation while being pestered by all those well meaning taxi drivers at the airport. We would also appreciate the feedback too -- we leave January 10th! :P

I had the same issue when i was told by my travel agent that the hotel did not provide transfers. i had remembered reading that the transfers were included in the room rates so i called secrets directly and they confirmed this. they said all i had to do was call before my trip and provide them with my flight information and they would arrange someone to pick us up at the airport. though, i have read some people say they did this and were left high and dry at the airport, but this was when the hotel first opened. i'm going in the middle of january so i guess i'll find out.
