the new Cry Babies -> Bistro 5/24
The new Cry Babies will be called BISTRO 5/24 and is slated to open the first week of November. Food will be "international" and is somewhat copied from EDITHE'S Restaurant of Cabo San Lucas. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served. Menu prices looked a little on the high side (if there is such a thing nowdays in Playa).
In my opinion, not a good time to open a restaurant in Playa although high season will hopefully start sometime in December.

This was the only restaurant that we went to more than once on our April trip - great food and a wonderful atmosphere. It is currently the front runner for our 20th anniversary dinner when we are in Playa next week. Can't wait!

Might not be an originl name but if it's copied after Edithes and the food is as good... we've got a winner!
