LEAVING MAŅANA, OCTOBER 6TH!

I PROMISE A DAY TO DAY TRIP REPORT LIKE LAST YEAR....I KNOW I STILL HAVE TO POST THE PICS FROM VIETNAM AND CAMBODIA ( SHAME ON ME)...BUT I'LL TAKE LOTS OF PICS AND AS SOON AS SOMEONE SHOWS ME HOW TO TRANSFER THEM ON MY LAPTOP , I'LL POST THEM ALL!!!

FIRST 2 DAYS IN CHICAGO...THEN OFF WE GO ( ME AND BEES, AKA, MY FATHER)!!

Have a great time, Anna. Looking forward to your trip report! Btw. why don't you come over to Dallas for a pro-longed weekend in January? It's not so far from Dallas...

If from here to January a railroad is built, YES. Otherwise, I'll be very happy to skip another flight!!!!!!!!!!:con fused:
But YOU could definately pop by from Dallas....

Anna - have fun, keep safe, and don't drink the water or eat the food.

Take pesos.

Make it more interesting than Al's drive across Mexico, by actually stopping

You could ask SusieQ if she'd drive over with you - you could declare it a shopping trip... Unfortunately I have only 3 days in Dallas which doesn't leave time to come over to Playa.

Have fun on the Route 66. If you happen to come to Seligman watch out for this car:



Once you find it, ask for the restrooms...

Thank you! I will! My dad will keep me safe ( actually his driving is NOT safe at all.... )

...so...I'm suppose to starve myself for 20 days?????????????? ...actually I'l try to be on a diet ( I somehow can't be on a diet in Playa...)
I'm flying back from LA to Mexico City, stop over the night ( sleeping at the airport Hotel) and the day after I'm taking the BUS to Playa....THATS HOW SCARED I AM OF FLYING...but its only 24 hours...done it before....will survive!!

Rationally speaking, flying is much safer than driving, especially in Mexico. Even the hijackers only have plasticine.

You also get great views of DF and the volcanos, and it's MUCH quicker!

ewwwwwww. No, no, no, I aleady booked the Hotel in Mexico City AND the Bus....you have never seen me on a plane..........I'm truly panick stricken....went from LA to Denali park by greyhound...and back....

I'm really strating to have the usual panic attack for tomorrows flight... I'm trying to figure out how to stay awake the more possible tonight so that tomorrow, after I take my 2 sleeping pills, I'll be a little bit dizzy. Usually I take 4 but I figured that for a shorter flight I may start with two. especially as I have to reacH the Hotel from O'Hare don't want to risk dozing off at the airport and being given as a missing person by my dad ( waiting for me at the Hotel ).
