Bicycle paths?

are there any good bike paths in playa i see too many accidents would like to explor the neighborhoods maybe not safe?

10th Av has a bike lane, but people "like me" tend to walk in it, just bring a loud horn or bell! also its just a city type street not a "bike path"

I would say that the only safe area to use your bike is within Playacar. After that, you are at the mercy of the taxi drivers.
