Mmmm Updates on the Highway.
The first overhead is paved and has overhead lighting and miracles of miracles there are lines painted (governor must have read my article a few months back on an uneducated government leading an uneducated city). The problem still exists unless you drive like the dukes of hazard you can't use it. Still not connected to anything. The south end is also completed from Juarez to the airport but again, it doesn't connect to anything. Constituyentes remains unconnected for another point. Now the they built and opened the new walmart in 3 months so maybe they need to consult with them to see how to finish on time. 4 months behind schedule and counting. Maņana |

The new roadway overpasses will be open in one month or the short side and two months on the long side. The long center section is the only incompleted part of the roadway. Problems developed as different contractors were used.
