Recommendations wanted for March trip!

My wife and I are making our 2nd trip to Play on March 29, looking to book a hotel right on the beach. We prefer all inclusives. I saw a pretty good deal online for the Reef Club Playacar, don't know much about it. Anyone stayed there recently? We are total beach people, want to relax and also go diving for a few days.
If anyone has any hotel recommendations, please speak up. We usually like to hook up with other couples to hang out, we are in our 30's, if anyone is going to be there at that time.

Also, can anyone direct me to a map that shows the location of all the beachfront hotels?? That would be a big help.

The Reef Club is "OK". It's your basic 4 star hotel with the basic amenities..nothing fancy. It's set in a jungle and you have to walk on raised wooden paths to get from place to place. Lots of wildlife hanging around in there but they can also get slippery from the moss/dew so you do have to watch your step. They do however, have a pretty nice beach. Food isn't great, that's where most of the complaints lie. Little variety and choice.
There are alot of great hotels right on the beach. Some have better beaches and better diving/snorkeling facilities than others. Where you would stay would probably be determined by how much you want to spend. Might also be determined by what is left to choose from....there are places that have sold out or are close to selling out for high season.
Do you also require air or do you have that taken care of? Flights are also getting booked quickly. And just to let you know, prices in general are up quite a bit this year. Everyone keeps looking for that "great deal" they got last year and for almost everybody....it taint happenin'!
