Good advice so far. The "Top of the Hub"[the pru bld.] does have a fabulous view,& has a Sunday Brunch for 38$pp,open Sun 10:30-9:30 p.m. They also have a bar
/lounge with the view & good drinks,went there for a bachelorette party not too long ago.I too love the water,boating,etc. If I had known you were coming you might've taken the train to Newburyport, & gone out to look for whales on my son's boat! I would love to meet you sometime.I live in the next town to the Cutter Family, Salisbury,just across the Merrimack river from Newburyport,very scenic and fun.We also have miles of white sand beach.
