Nativo at the DAC vegetable shop is near my house and one of my favorites in town. They have a new shop on 15th next to Tacos Israel, but I've not tried it.
(FYI, it's chilaquiles)

Where the best place is to eat them depends upon how you like them: crisp? mushy? green sauce? red sauce? with or without chicken?
I like them crisp with red sauce and chicken plus a fried egg on the top. And please make them at least a little picante! I have found that they make them to my complete satisfaction at Le Bistrot on 8th Street and the beach. They aren't on the menu, but the cook will make them if you insist. |
