PdC Condos on the Beach

Looking for recommendations on condos that can be rented by the week, on the north end, near Mamitas Beach. I know there's a gazillion, but would like to know if anyone could recommend a few to get the search started. 1 or 2 bedrooms.

We had a great stay at Arena Blanca condos, on Calle 38 in between 10th and 5th Avenues.

We stayed in Unit #3 which is a ground floor unit with small patio, one bedroom, 2 bath.

You come out on the beach right in between Las Palapas and Shangril La hotels, very nice beach, and it is a quick walk to Kool and Mamitas.

Very quiet at night, small complex, night guard, lovely large courtyard pool, and economical rates.

We would stay there again.

Just back last week from a nice stay in north end. Mamitas Condos is a twelve unit building just of 28th at the top of the street from Kool and Mamitas beach clubs. We had 3rd floor with 2br/full kit/2.5 baths and roof top patio with hot tub/bbq/outside shower and 1/2 ba.Very quiet,very nice.Small courtyard with dipping pool for cooling off after beach.Not sure if I am allowed to post link but PM me if you want it.http://www.vrbo.com/156783 ( Iguess it is ok to post link?)Really nice unit and she has really good rate right now.

Hatz Ti Ha is very nice.

We stayed at Luna Maya on Coco Beach in August. It is a 5 minute walk from Mamitas but very quiet. You have oceanview with oceanfront amenities and the price is a great value. Perfect blue beach vacation

Try the Royal Oasis a block away from the beach great units....PG's Sandbox and grill connected to the condo's

I agree 100%. We stayed at Arena Blanca in March and will stay there again. We've also stayed at Natz ti Ha condos which are also nice.
