I just read this on the Frozen 5k and Half Marathon's Facebook page...
"A BIT OF ADVICE: If you're going to want to get in your car and leave downtown St. Paul right away after the race, you might want to park in the surface lot. Cars won't be able to drive out of the ramp until after the city reopens the streets around there to traffic - 11:30 at the earliest and maybe Noon." So if we decide to go to Boca Chica the runners need to NOT park in the ramp... which one of the runners told me they do. |
