Wishing I wouldn't have "logged off" over the weekend.
Went computer free all weekend, and it was wonderful (besides the occasional fb post from the phone).
Sadly, it feels like midnight is the most guaranteed time for me to get in buddy-runs for the foreseeable future.
This would have been awesome! Two huge running nerds all lit up and running at midnight. I bet we would have been stopped by the police and checked for booze!
Yeah, Bean and I polished off a bottle of champagne before midnight so we "had to" open a second for midnight toast. And of course, champagne doesn't keep very long, so we had to finish it.
And of course, when the second was gone, we were wide awake and thought we'd share a bottle of Syrah, at which point she decided she didn't really want that and opened her own bottle of sweeter white.
And of course, we both thought it a good idea to drink most of our respective bottles...
Oof da.
Luckily the hangover didn't really hit the next morning. Just a little dry.
But yeah, probably would have been an "interesting" jog if you had stopped by
