If I could add one more idea!A selection of restaurant menus that offer delivery service to condos...that would be most appreciated! (for those nights you're just too lazy to go out)

Hola Necie Thanks for your input and suggestion. We do try to have a list of the take out options in each unit on the fridge. We love take out.

They look good. I agree with the fresh fruit idea but it would be a lot of work!

Thanks for your input Sun and Sea.

We try to keep our welcome basket as user friendly as possible. We just added the native honey sticks and salsa. Per our clients requests, we try to stay as far away from the alcohol and junk food as possible.

Allan and I ( Claudia ) went to prepare penthouse turquesa for arrival and I took some pictures of some of the new items on the basket

My favorite is this new one

not helping my diet at all, I run and steal some of this every now and then from the big container, they are tangy, and sweet, and acid, and spicy and mmmmmmmm, I just love them, walking up with the basket and not being able to eat them was not easy, and my mouth is watering as I write this, not for everyone, I would say, but if you like them you will love them.

and we have honey, healthy, sweet and easy to snack on, to open this tubes you just have to press the end and enjoy the mayan produced and yucatecan bees honey

this other nuts are part of the welcome too

They have raisins and nuts and m&m s, of course I had to research this and open 2 or 3 of those, just to make sure

So this is the final basket, sitting in the balcony next to a beautiful blue hammok, that was calling me to come and take a siesta and the turquoise blue sea of the north side of Playa.

So, enjoy the basket, let us know what you think and excuse my grammar or spelling

Hi guys! We love your ideas and think your service, style and company is great. My Novia is looking for an excuse to terminate our agreement with our current manager but we both feel a great deal of loyalty to him.

Our suggestion would be for a natural insect repellant, in towelette form. We have been using them this year like never before.
