Pier and Beach @ Constitution ?

I noticed a big Backhoe on the beach by the pier and a big line the brought in from out at sea to the beach this morning on the Playa Palms beach cam #2 of the Pier.. I wish I could see better.. its a long ways a way a fuzzy... Is this the beach restoration in Playa ?? or whats going on ?

There appears to be a large long sand pile along the shore line ??
