I don't know, Andy... someone tried to pry our friend's apartment door open in Cambridge (Mass.) once with a crow bar and it was unlocked. They either gave up or got spooked.. but they never got the door open.

Of course, the door should have been locked, but it wasn't.

Yes you are correct. I live in Shreveport.LA and the murder rate/robbery rate is much higher that in PDC. Use common sense, and you will be fine.
