Okay, clearly i worded the question wrong. I obviously know that car seats save lives and that kids should be in carseats... What i was wanting to know was whether they can be used in Mexico...do the vans and buses have seatbelts? I know that when you hop on a bus in the United States you aren't hauling your carseat with you because they have no seatbelts... (we have never riden by bus with kids just before someone jumps on that
) but i know that people do.....
Nevermind anyway..we're bringing them.
