I tried Ivan's e-mail address, and so far no bounce (although that may not mean anything). If I get a reply from Ivan I'll post.

Michael, could you pm me the email address that you have, please, I will make sure it is the same one I have. I tried calling one of the phone numbers, and I got a message in Spanish....I don't understand. I then tried the other number and it doesn't go through. I also tried sending the email again, and it came back, again.

I used the contact info from their website. This is the first item on a Google search. I expect you have the same info.

Stewart Title of Latin America - Riviera Maya

I don't get any bounce using Ivan's e-mail address from the page in the link above.

Yes, that is the one I tried. I first tried it from my address book, then I tried it from that link. It bounced back both times. So, I though maybe it was my computer or something, so Mike tried it from home on his computer....same thing.

Thank you, Michael.

Stuart Title

We used Stuart Title with our extremely difficult closing. Our builder tried to cheat us and Stuart Title went over and above helping us deal with this extremely difficult person. It took us 2 years to finally close and the threat and advise of Stuart to take them to court to finally get a favorable outcome. If we were to buy again, I would not even consider another title company. You will be very happy with Stuart!

Yes, they were very very helpful with our purchase back in 2005. This is a different matter, but I just cannot get in touch with anyone there!!

Okay, Karon sent me a totally different email address for Ivan. I emailed him this morning, and have already received a response.

Thank you so much for the help Karon.

Michael, I don't know how in the world your email went through!
