1st timers from Chicago!

The wife and I will be staying at the Royal from 2/24 -3/3 . It's our 1st trip to Mexico and we are REALLY excited.

Thanks to everyone for all the great info here. We have been lurking for months

If anyone has any good fishing referrals or wants to split a trip in in some way while we are there please let me know!

Thanks,

Steve

WELCOME! Nothing better than a day on a boat (barefoot and in shorts) trolling for king mackerel, Mahi mahi, etc... or bottom fishing for red and yellow snapper. This is not the best time of year for the big boys. (Marlin) Still a great time. You can find a local restaurant to cook up your catch for dinner as well.

We're headed out the day you arrive or I'd be there with ya!

We are still looking for another couple that would like to split the cost of a day on a charter. Ideally we would like to do an 8 hour combo of trolling, bottom and perhaps some snorkeling too.

We have 2/26 - 3/1 available.

Shoot me a pm or post here.

fishing in Playa

Mr. B.

How was the fishing??

get any pictures? or anything worth cooking up? Barracuda is one of my favorites ever since my wife surprised me with a ceviche that was mouth watering good.

FISHING in Riviera Maya

I hear the bone fishing is tremendous down past Tulum, I have been invited out by a great friend who has about 7 palapas down on Punta Sam.
