Mexican Cookbook

I forgot to shop for a cookbook this trip and want to order one online...anyone have any suggestions for a good Mayan/Mexican cookbook?

I had emailed the Little Mexican Cooking School a while back, but have not heard a response. Would love to have one of their cookbooks

Already have a Rick Bayless book, but would like a bigger collection

Thanks!

Do you use Bayless' website recipes?

I have read reports of Diana Kennedy's cooking classes. She has been a premier cook of Mexican cuisines for 45 years.

This website has information on several of her books

My friends laugh at me for collecting cookbooks! Glad to know that i'm not the only one! My new favorite one is the Palm Restaurant cookbook, and my favorite standby for everything is the Joy of Cooking.

Hi Chris, we also have Diana Kennedys "From My Mexican Kitchen". Great cookbook with lots of color photos.

I bought "Mayan Cuisine by Daniel Hoyer"
It's a beautiful cookbook that I saw at the gift shop at the Dallas Aquarium.
But I bought it cheaper on Amazon.
I also collect cookbooks and this is one of my favorites.
