I read all this "tip stuff" before going to our dream vacation at an AI,and the tips we gave came from the heart. However, on our last day, I asked one of the waiters what is the best way to show ourthanks ansd appreciation for the great service, and he said to notify management and specify the employee(s) by name.
So be it. I did exactly that!
