allrighty then Russell. i'll take an order of Enfrijoladas for breaky in May FOR SURE!! will hopefully have my roomie, January, and maybe Vanessa with me too!! that dish looks soooooooooooo good!!

Dang it, snappysammy! I might have to try the enfrijoladas now...but I am so enamored with their Huevos Rancheros I ALWAYS get them for breakfast. It's hard for me to order something else!

Your breakfast sounds awesome; we're always looking for a good breakfast place. I know Carboncito's has been on my "to try" list before, but I can't remember where it is. I'm in town again in November. So I will most definitely get there. So where is it?
The breakfasts, the 25 peso margaritas, wow, how can one stay away?
