Most important question...

Can you get the chips and salsa platter for breakfast? (I can't tell if that is what reason #10 means).

Hey January Guy! The salsas that go on our chilaquiles are different than our signature salsas on the salsa platters. Because our salsas are made fresh daily, it depends on what time you come in. We can generally serve a salsa platter by noon at the latest, and there's a good chance one may still be warm!
While dining with us, if you hear a blender in the kitchen it should be comforting to know that one of our guys is probably blending a fresh batch of salsa. Yum Yum - I L-O-V-E the sounds of an active kitchen.

We usually dont get to bed until 6:00 a.m. anyhow, so I guess I could be considered early.

Why would anyone get up before 7:30 am against their will!?! Unless it's for fishing?
