Cozumel Bar Hop May 4th

Just putting this out there for anyone who wants to join! We are spending the day in Cozumel on the 4th and will be doing the tour of the island on the Cozumel Bar Hop.

With everything going on the first 2 weeks of May I know your schedules are filling up quick but if you haven't seen the beaches of Cozumel yet this is a must!

We are 10 people so far so the more the merrier!

I have done this before! Although not on an "official" tour like this. We hired a taxi van for the day and the driver took us all over the island!!! Good times!

We also considered a hired driver but I like the idea of having other people on board too...
If we love the tour we'll probably end up going back later in the week to rent a car and explore more...sober....

Then come along!

The last ferry is around 11pm so you'd have plenty of time to explore the town before heading back to Playa.

We're planning on staying for dinner after the Bar Hop- going to Casa Denis (the oldest restaurant in Cozumel and home of the biggest mojito I have ever seen!)

There is another couple from another board that is staying in Cozumel that's going to join the hop and according to the tour organizers another group of 6...

should be a great day!

The last ferry to Cozumel is at 11:00

The bus picks everyone up downtown at Punta Langosta Pier at 10:00 am.

The tour is about 5 hours long- here is the route:

I'm excited about the rasta/Bob Marley bar on the tour... looks fun!

Maybe someone can tell us what the current morning schedule is for the Coz ferry? I'll look into it.

Once I get the info I'll make a meeting time and place for anyone who wishes to ferry over with us in the morning!

Depending on the site, it looks like there is an 8am and a 9am ferry going to Cozumel in the mornings.

Some sites only show an 8am...

I'll be there May 1st and will check it out. Once I get a confirmed schedule I will post a meeting time here for anyone who wants to come along for the day! (We'll likely meet up around 7:45 am if taking the 8 am or at 8:45 if taking the 9 am)

I think it's an actual school bus... so there should be plenty of room! lol
I'm so excited! let me know when you hear back from them...
