alone in pdc

Hi !
First of all : SORRY SORRY SORRY for my bad english !!!
I had english in school and i am now nearly 40 years (urgh, sounds terrible !)
I would like to know how it is beeing single in PDC, is it possible to walk the streets, go shopping ,do sunbathing and so on on my own ? I´m no partygirl, i just want to enjoy my holiday.
(I wish my english would be better, hope you understand the problem, ít´s not, that i don´t want to see and meet other people, but i don´t like that "so alone, signorita ?"-thing !!)
I´m arriving on sunday evening and i´ll stay at playalingua for learning some spanish( don´t know a word yet). There will be other students and i hope we could do things together, but some times i just like to be on my own.

Hi there Quemoni!!
I have always gone to Playa alone and rarely do I spend much time alone! My choice, naturally... I go out of my way to meet interesting people. The one thing I was advised though was to not advertise the travelling alone part, while down there. Just a simple safety precaution. (although I am busted for my next trip!) I have found Playa to be safe, provided you remain aware of your surroundings, or ... hire a 'babysitter' if you choose not to be aware

Don't worry. I've always been to PdC on my own and never had any problems. Especially if you're attending some classes you're gonna meet people there and you're able to decide whether you like to do something with the other students or just by yourself. I made lots of friends there - that's why I'm gonna be back in PdC next Saturday

Don't worry and enjoy your stay!
