I saw the tape of this. He was being followed by MuchMusic for their Exposed show and he got a text message while at dinner. He looks upset and apparently asked MM to turn off their camera and mike for about a half an hour. He then allowed them to continue taping after that but did not look happy. At no time does he say anything to confirm that he got a text from Britney but apparently that is the assumption based on his reactions and the fact that it was Monday night, which is the day she stated is the separation date.
