It's aimed at the business traveller really, as you've guessed.
It's part of the Magic Resorts group. They also own the Magic Blue which is the Mayan style hotel on 10th (see my October openings and closings thread) and they're going to build a 600 bed AI near Tulum, starting next Jan.
