La Taberna on the corner of 10th and 4th is a favorite of mine for their coconut shrimp and pina coladas to die for. They have steaks, chicken, sandwiches, and other, more "local," food as well. It's enclosed and air-conditioned, though the cigarette smoke could get bad if it's crowded. There's a bar and pool tables. It's mostly local, not too pricey and I can't wait to get back!
