information on renting possibilities
Hello,
I will be in Playa del Carmen from August 2010 and on, and staying in Pueblo Sacbe seems like a very nice opportunity.
I will live here alone, what would be the possibilities to rent a place?

Here at Pueblo Sacbe we occasionally have an owner with a home available. If you haven't visited us, keep in mind that most of the homes here are unique, rustic, and off the grid. You can PM me with your needs and you may find something that works.

Hi
I am interested in long term rental Oct 15 - April 14 for myself. I have a medium sized well behaved dog but that may be a problem. I am retired and I just want to paint, read and write. If you do have anything available i would like to see it. I will be in the area in the next few months looking for a place.

If anyone is interested in experiencing Pueblo Sacbe, there will be a beautiful little place up for short term rental at the end of April until November 2011.

It's furnished; three bedrooms...two with beds and one with two hammocks; flush toilet with outdoor/green shower; solar power sufficient to run lights, fans, charge cellular and computer; gas stove and fridge; mosquito netting on all the windows; beautiful gardens. Two minute walk to Tohoku cenote. Quiet.

Moving to Playa is something I also have been considering. As I look at rentals apartments I see so many unfurnished, is or are there furniture rental places in Playa?

I don't know of any furniture rentals...hmmmm, good business idea!

You can buy some reasonably priced furniture on the street and at a number of bazar events that happen throughout the year though.

I would have to travel to the states for 2 - 6 months at a time though, then what would I do with the furniture. Maybe someone will open that business before I make the move. It's really big business here. Thanks for the info.
