New Organic Food Store

During my walk about today I came across a fairly new Organic y Natural Tienda called Koko-Peli. It carries all organic and natural food/supplies. It is located on AV. 10 on the west side of the street directly opposite the entrance to Hotel Hacienda Paradise at calle 22.

They sell fresh bread, baked a few doors down from the shop. Most of their organic products are soap, shampoo, but they do have other packaged goods, and they have organic refrigerated eggs. They are also getting new things all the time.

What constitutes "organic" in Mexico. There are laws in the US and few seem to understand them here. So is "organic" a suggestion or qualified statement?

I checked the place out this morning. Very small and very limited refrigerated food cooler with some organic eggs, chicken, and milk. Dry organics and naturals consist of soaps, shampoos, lotions, biodegradeable paper goods, herbs, etc. Very limited selection like is said.
