That's so funny, Sue. I don't remember exactly which year it was - 2000 or 2001 - that we wandered down to the beach one morning looking for breakfast. We ended up at Le Bistrot and asked if the cook would make us some chilaquiles despite the fact that they were not on the menu. That morning we started a tradition. We've taken family and friends there over the years. And I added it to my list, which I have sent to people all over the world and posted on various forums. Glad to see the hotel has responded appropriately!!!
