we just came back from PDC... and we went to VIVA LA VACA on 5 ave , alamost next to TGI Fridays....we had the best Arrachera EVER!!... the beef is so tender that almost melt in your mouth...for 18 usd all you can eat..the buffet includes empanadas Argentinas (with cheess or spinach), fries and diferent kinds of meat... but the arrachera is the best!!...
