I agree with you on the
El Yucateco line of sauces, always some in my house. I use diff. sauces for diff. things: love traditional Tabasco on pizza, but do also like their new chipotle and habanero versions.
Cholula is good on many things, especially potatoes. I like Valentina, also, on lots of stuff...popcorn, chicharrones. All healthy stuff, naturally.
