gotta tell you man, hubbie and I took your advice on HC, and OMG it was THE BEST meal we ate the whole 2 weeks we were there. Hubbie was upset we ran out of time to make a second trip before coming home. I even drank a beer while we were there, and I really don't like beer at all, but it went so well with the food!
