Well these phone cafe places are all over Mexico, and very easy to find. I'm wondering if anybody knows the details BEHIND THE SCENES with these places. How are they so cheap to call all around the world?

I'm looking for a good program to use for my computer that lets you call internationally for free. I'm sure that some of these places use a free program to call internationally. I already have whistle but looking for a program to let me call internationally (ex. Mexico, even though I am already in Mexico) for free.

Download Skype.
Free calls to other Skype users
Very cheap to non-Skype users.

Skype cost money. I have a program called Whistle that is free.
I'm looking for a free program that is free to use to call internationally.
I know there are other programs out there that don't cost anything.

The Skype software is free.
Skype calls are free to other Skype users.
Probably ain't no such thing as totally free. Someone has to pay.

I don't think businesses here in Mexico actually have skype so I can call for free and talk with them through the internet...like local pizza places, and the government haha.
The whistle program I use is the best. It is free because of the 5 second ad before the call. So I'm sure there is another program just the same that lets you call for free and is sponsored by some company that puts their ads on.

I've been googling for a while on this subject. Not much luck. Thought I'd give it a shot to see if anybody knew what programs these phone places use.
