The funny part is, that when we saw this Saloon the first time, Manne didn't want to stop, he couldn't wait to see the mountains . It was our Honeymoon therefore I did keep my mouth shut .
To my great luck, we had to drive the same road back and than he had to stop there.
We walked around and there was nothing like a show or something like that.
Maybe it was not Bonnie Springs. Because a few day later we visited a little cowboy-town (I don't know this name either) and they had also a stuntman-show. This pics are not ready yet to show.
I'm still working on it
was there a duck pond outside and a petting zoo? if not, then you were at another saloon closer to blue diamond. can't think of the name right now.

Congratulations, Susie and Manne!!

I'm glad you had a memorable trip! I've been to Las Vegas many, MANY times and have never made it to Valley of Fire. You packed a lot in, eh?

Hello Jeff,
you are right, it was the one with the (terrible ) petting zoo close to blue diamond. I don't know the name either.
The pics about that trip I'm still working on

The next time you really should make the trip to my favorite "VALLEY OF FIRE"
I was so glad that we went at first to the Red Rock Mountains, otherwise we would be disappointed, because the Valley of Fire is 100 times better.
Our Vacation were 12 days and Manne and me are not the kind of people who just can sit at a pool or beach and relax. We both like to discover as much as possible in all our vacations.
I still have a lot of pics from our other trips, but I have to work on them at first

that was bonnie springs/old nevada then. they are kind of one in the same. the restaurant is outside and the old cowboy town is through another gate.
great trip report. can't wait for more pictures.

That's it Susie. Thanks. I worked there as a cowboy/stuntman for a few years in the early 90's. It was a great job. I'm glad you guys were able to make it there. Your pictures are great.
